As Staffing Partners associates, you are our most valuable resource. We understand employee benefits and appreciation programs are an integral part of your job satisfaction. We offer one of the most comprehensive benefit and incentive programs available in our industry.

Qualified Temporary Employees may be eligible for the following:

Health Benefits:
Qualified associates are eligible to enroll in our health insurance program once a minimum number of hours is completed. Cost for healthcare coverage is no more than 1.5% of your weekly check.

401(k) Program: Our 401(k) Program is designed to help associates generate savings for their retirement. Contact us for information on eligibility requirements.

Vacation Pay: All associates are eligible for vacation pay after 1,500 hours of work (approximately 38 weeks) within a 12-month period.

Credit Union Membership : All associates are eligible to become members of the Hawaiian Tel Federal Credit Union or the Hickam Federal Credit Union.

Referral Bonus Program: If an associate refers someone to work on an assignment, and the referred associate successfully completes the required number of hours in the specified time period, we give a bonus to the referring associate.

Weekly Paycheck: Associates are paid on a weekly basis and receive their first check the SAME week they just completed.
