TEMPORARY SERVICES
We continuously recruit individuals to maintain a qualified pool of Clerical and Industrial temporaries. As an added benefit to you, we offer full testing in our Ala Moana office to your staff or potential new hire candidates at no cost to you.
TEMPORARY-TO-HIRE
This is an excellent way for you to “try before you buy”. It gives you the comfort of knowing that you have just the right fit before you add the employee to your staff. The benefit to you is the candidate will be our employee for this “probationary” period. The employee is placed into the position and you are invoiced as though the employee was on a long term temporary assignment of 520 hours. At the end of this period you may hire the candidate and place them on your payroll with no additional service charge. If you choose to transfer the individual over to your payroll for full time employment prior to the completion of 520 hours, we would invoice your company based on the original service charge reduced by the percentage of work hours completed of the original 520 hours.
